CYCLE II (2009-2010) APPLICANTS
Overview
Types of Applications:
- Agricultural Plans
- Limited to the development and adoption of a county Voluntary Agricultural District, Enhanced Voluntary Agricultural District, or County Farmland Protection Plans.
- Applicants must be either a non-profit conservation organization or a county government.
- Agricultural Development
- Applies to any public or private enterprise programs that will promote profitable and sustainable farms by assisting in developing and implementing plans for the production of food, fiber and value-added products, agritourism activities, marketing and sales of agricultural products produced on the farm, and other agriculture-related business activities.
- Project is limited to North Carolina counties with a Voluntary Agricultural District or Enhanced Voluntary Agricultural District program
- Applicants must be either a non-profit conservation organization or a county government.
- Agricultural Conservation Easements
- Applicants must be either a non-profit conservation organization or a county government.
Application Materials
All application materials required for submission are available in Microsoft Office and Adobe Reader (PDF) formats. Microsoft Office documents must be completed electronically, printed, and submitted. Adobe Reader (PDF) documents must be printed, completed by hand, and submitted. All application materials not required for submission (such as guidelines, instructions, and samples) are available in Adobe Reader (PDF) format.
