Cycle II (2009-2010) Grant Recipients

Reporting Materials

Reporting materials are available in Microsoft Office and Adobe Reader (PDF) formats. Microsoft Office documents required for submission must be completed electronically, printed, and submitted. Adobe Reader (PDF) documents required for submission must be printed, completed by hand, and submitted.

Recipients of ADFP Trust Fund monies for conservation easements are also required to submit appraisals and baseline documentation reports.
