The owners fo Sugar Creek Farm with to donate a conservation easement on their property located in Sandymush in Buncombe County. ADFP Trust Fund monies will be used to pay for the transaction costs. The owners lease land to a young, beginning farmer who uses the land for a market garden, selling organically raised vegetables at local farm markets. The farm owners grow perennial plants, apples, and blueberries and raise bees and heritage-breed turkeys for direct-market sale. Sugar Creek Farm
