NC Agricultural Development & Farmland Preservation Trust Fund Staff As administered by legislation the NCDA&CS provides staff for the Advisory Committee to assist with the distribution of funds. Staff ensures applications are complete and within the legislated scope of the ADFP Trust Fund. Staff have been selected from other related areas and will assist the program on an as-needed basis. NCDA&CS staff members include: Dewitt Hardee - ADFP Program Manager - Environmental Programs Manager Maximilian Merrill - Environmental Programs Specialist James Davis - Marketing Specialist, Small Farms Division Martha Glass - Agritourism Director
